Sale items are Final Sale and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

PAY BY CREDIT CARD:
The Ideal Jewelry accepts the following U.S issued credit cards: American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. We also need a correct and working phone number so that we can contact you if a problem occurs during order processing. For security reasons, you might also get a phone call from us confirming an order or to verify your information. We reserve the right to cancel your order if we cannot verify your information—and that is the last thing we want to do!

PAYPAL:
To pay with PayPal, place your items in the shopping cart and proceed to checkout. On the next page, you will be asked to provide your billing and shipping information.

Note: If you provide an unverified shipping address, additional verification may be needed. After all required information is provided you will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete your order.

GIFT CERTIFICATE or PROMO CODE:
If you have a code for a in-store gift certificate, enter it into the “Discount Codes” field at checkout.
Note: In order to apply a in-store gift certificate your order value must match or be higher than the value of your discount code.

SALES TAX INFORMATION:
State law requires that internet retailers collect sales tax in states in which they reside. The Ideal Jewelry is a resident in Texas, therefor we are required to charge applicable taxes for purchases shipped from Texas State. The current TX sales tax rate is 8.5%.
